Er. David Zheng founded PE Consultants in 2014 after more than a decade leading major infrastructure projects at CPG and Lee & Lee Consultants. He brings over 20 years of hands-on civil and structural engineering experience across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
He is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore (since 2010) and in Vietnam (since 2008), a Chartered ASEAN Engineer, Senior Member of IES, Member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and Graduate Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (UK).
