How the case board works

  1. Post anonymously. Describe the dispute type, forum, stage and the expertise needed. Party names go in a private conflict-check field that is never published.
  2. We review and list. dispute.sg checks the post for identifying details before it goes live, and matches it against the Expert Panel at the same time.
  3. Experts express interest. Interested experts respond through dispute.sg. We shortlist on fit, court availability and conflicts.
  4. Introduction. With both sides' consent we introduce the expert to your firm, and the engagement terms are agreed directly between you.
